Aqua Lily Pad

Aqua Lily Pad was founded in 2009 by a polymer sales engineer who was inspired by his young children's desire for more excitement on the water. Drawing on his expertise in materials, he envisioned a floating foam island that required no inflating, wouldn't sink, and could withstand years of rough-and-tumble family fun — and set about building it from the ground up in the USA using cross-linked polyethylene foam with proprietary flex core mesh technology. What started as a niche water recreation product grew into a beloved brand distributed through major outdoor retailers like Cabela's, with a loyal following among lake and river enthusiasts. All products continue to be proudly manufactured in Elkhart, Indiana, with a strong commitment to sustainability — scrap materials from production are recycled into weed barrier tops and playground underlayments rather than going to waste.
