Dazzle Dry Step 2 Base Coat is a proprietary polyurethane-based formula specifically engineered for natural nails, creating a moisture-balanced bond between the nail plate and color lacquer that dramatically extends wear. It is free from over 20 harsh chemicals including nitrocellulose, acrylates, and formaldehyde, making it one of the cleanest base coat formulas on the market. Apply two coats to each nail, allowing each to dry matte, before proceeding to Step 3 Lacquer.
