The Ritual Mid Mountain Blend is a balanced 70% dark chocolate bar crafted from a blend of all Ritual's cacao origins — Belize, Ecuador, Peru, and Madagascar — roasted, ground, and conched at their Heber City, Utah factory to deliver tasting notes of strawberry, fudge, and graham cracker in one harmonious bar. Only three ingredients are used: cacao, organic cane sugar, and organic cocoa butter.
