How it's made
US-manufactured, mostly imported materials
The 2026 Ford F-150 is America's best-selling vehicle for over four decades running, assembled at Ford's Dearborn, Michigan and Kansas City, Missouri plants in a full range of cab styles (Regular Cab, SuperCab, SuperCrew), bed lengths (5.5′, 6.5′, 8′), and eight trim levels from the workhorse XL to the performance-focused Raptor. Six engine options span the lineup — from the efficient 2.7L EcoBoost V6 (325 hp) to the 3.5L PowerBoost Full Hybrid V6 (420 hp, 570 lb-ft, up to 700 miles range), all the way to the new 5.2L Supercharged V8 producing 700 hp in the top Raptor R configuration — with max towing of 13,500 lbs and max payload of 2,440 lbs. New for 2026, the PowerBoost hybrid is available on more trim levels, Ford BlueCruise hands-free highway driving comes standard on Lariat and above, and the new STX Lobo package delivers a lowered street-performance look with a 5.0L V8, gloss black 22″ wheels, and aggressive styling — all starting at $37,290
Why the USAmade Score™ is 5/10
The F-150 is assembled entirely in the United States at Ford's Dearborn and Kansas City plants, making it one of the highest-scoring vehicles on the American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) domestic content index. However, like all modern vehicles, it is built from a global supply chain of components — aluminum body panels, electronics, semiconductors, and numerous parts are internationally sourced — consistent with Ford's own disclosure of US and globally sourced content.
