EagleWingz Chesapeake Brand Gourmet Hot Sauce is a Delmarva-born craft hot sauce created by Rick Ewing in 1988 and bottled commercially since 2010 in Seaford, Delaware, using a proprietary blend of J.O. Spice seasoning from Baltimore, Maryland. Built on red cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed, and a blend of classic Chesapeake-style spices, it delivers a flavor-forward medium heat that pairs naturally with crab, shrimp, wings, ribs, and Bloody Marys. A two-time world award finalist, 2014 Best of Delaware winner, and Bon Appétit's Delaware delegate, it is one of the most decorated small-batch hot sauces on the East Coast.
